Our Philosophy

At Glow Group, we embrace the principles of Health at Every Size (HAES®) and body inclusivity. Our trauma-informed approach acknowledges the diverse experiences and backgrounds of our clients, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for everyone. We also affirm neurodiversity, recognizing the strengths and unique perspectives of neurodivergent individuals in relation to food and nutrition.

Our Services

  1. Eating Disorders & Disordered Eating: Our team of dietitians is specially trained to support individuals struggling with eating disorders and disordered eating. We provide compassionate care and evidence-based strategies to help clients on their recovery journey.
  2. Relationship with Food: We help clients develop a healthier and more intuitive relationship with food, free from guilt and restrictive dieting. Our goal is to empower individuals to make nourishing choices that support their overall well-being.
  3. Reproductive Health: Glow Group offers tailored nutrition support for reproductive health, addressing concerns such as PCOS, fertility, and pregnancy. Our dietitians work closely with clients to optimize their nutrition during these critical life stages.
  4. Gut Health: We provide expert guidance on managing digestive issues and improving gut health. Our dietitians use the latest research to help clients find relief from symptoms and improve their digestive well-being.
  5. NDIS Nutrition: As an NDIS registered provider, Glow Group offers specialized nutrition support for individuals with disabilities. We provide personalized plans that cater to the unique needs of each client, ensuring they receive the best possible care.
